Additionally, Power Jumpers™ ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Sales Tax Sales tax is 6.5% for products being shipped to Florida and 8.625% if shipped to New York.
Warranties ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. POWER JUMPERS™ ARE WARRANTEED BY BS MARKETING INTL, TO BE FREE OF DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS, IF FOUND DEFECTIVE, REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR WILL BE AUTHORIZED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING LIMITATIONS: 1. WARRANTY WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR 365 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE WITH PURCHASE RECEIPT. THE WARRANTY ON “SHELLS” AND “T-SPRINGS” COMPONENTS IS LIMITED TO 3 MONTHS;. 2. POWER JUMPERS™ ARE WARRANTED FOR DEFECTS IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP ONLY AND DOES NOT INCLUDE NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR; 3. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER POSTAGE CHARGES. POSTAGE IS THE BUYERS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY. THE WARRANTEE IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR, AT SELLERS SOLE DISCRETION, REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR COMPONENTS. IF THE BOOT PORTION IS DEFECTIVE, THE ENITRE PRODUCT WILL BE REPLACED. IF A COMPONENT IS DEFECTIVE, ONLY THAT COMPONENT WILL BE REPLACED.
